What's included with my ticket?
Reunions are special, a once-in-every-ten-years party and include much more than the price of dinner or hors d'oeuvres.
Your reunion tickets includes the Friday homecoming float fee; venue rental for both West Cal Event Centre for Saturday and Carlyss Park on Sunday; food, DJ, and decor at the West Cal Event Centre; bartenders and waitstaff, tax, and service charges.
Other reunion planning costs are also part of the ticket price, such as postage and printing, nametags, website, and ticketing service. -
Why is there a processing fee on my tickets and/or donations?
A standard processing fee is applied to all online transactions on our payment and ticketing platform Givebutter (the cheapest fees we found that met our needs). This fee is charged by our payment processor and allows your funds to be securely deposited into the reunion account, regardless of the payment method you choose. These fees are charged per transaction:
2.9% + 30¢ - Credit Cards & Digital Wallets (Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.)
ONLY FOR DONATIONS — If you would prefer not to pay processing fees, you can reach out to Heather Chaline or Brooke Stains Soliz for our Zelle information. We can also take checks for donations. -
Will I be mailed a physical ticket for the reunion?
You will receive a digital ticket once you purchase.
Classmates who pre-register for their reunion will be listed on the reunion night guest list. Tickets will be scanned at the door.
We ask everyone to purchase their ticket before September 19, 2025, so we can ensure all venue and catering payments are made. After this, tickets prices will increase. -
May I bring a guest?
What a wonderful opportunity to introduce the special people in your life to the friends and classmates from your high school years.
On Saturday, classmates are welcome to bring a guest who’s over 21 to our reunion event on Saturday with the purchase of a separate ticket.
On Sunday, you may also bring your children at no cost. Please select Kids Ticket when you purchase your own ticket. This helps us get an accurate headcount. -
What should I wear?
Friday Parade & Game — Please purchase a shirt from the website shop once it’s live in August. Your purchase contributes toward our float, weekend venue and entertainment costs. If you cannot buy a shirt, wear blue and gold.
Friday Wayne & Layne’s - Come as you want
Saturday Party — Cocktail*
Sunday Family Day — Casual
*Whatever our suggestion, wear an outfit that makes you feel your best. If you feel more comfortable in slacks than a dress, or alligator boots with your pimped out Gucci suit, wear them! Most importantly, be comfortable in your clothing. No one will remember what you wore, just how great it was to see you at the reunion. -
Friday Homecoming Parade: Where will we line up and do I need to bring my own throw?
Line up — As soon as we know that information we will update the website. For reference, last year the line up started at 1pm and the parade began at 2pm. The reunion classes were at the start of the parade lineup.
Throws — Yes, please bring plenty of candy and beads. -
Friday Homecoming Game: Do I need to buy separate tickets for the game? And where do I sit?
We’re not sure yet. At our 10th reunion, SHS donated 2 tickets per every alumni that went to the Alumni Reception before the game. We haven’t had confirmation from SHS that if this is still the case for this year. Once we know we will update the website and Facebook group with more information about tickets and seating.

Friday Night: What's going on at Wayne and Layne's?
We’re having a casual meet up at Wayne and Layne’s after the game for anyone who wants to hang out and see people before Saturday. Drop in and say hello and leave when you want.
If we have enough donations, we may be able to put a tab behind the bar, but no promises! -
Saturday Reunion Night: May I buy a reunion ticket at the door
Classmates are encouraged to pre-register. Your early support will help the volunteer committee pay our vendors in time for the party. Buying your tickets early will also save you time and money—tickets are more expensive after September 19th and at the door.
Reunion tickets are available the night of the reunion, at an increased price of $75 per person. Credit cards or Paypal will be accepted at the door. No personal checks are accepted at the reunion. -
Saturday Reunion Party: Will drinks be included in my ticket?
Lemonade and water is included in the ticket.
For any other drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) please bring money for the cash bar. We will have 3 bartenders on staff. -

Sunday Family Day: Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at Carlyss Park — with the exception of service animals.
